What Is PSA Gas Generation Technology?
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a sophisticated and practical gas separation technology that employs adsorbent materials (such as Carbon Molecular Sieves for Nitrogen and Zeolite Molecular Sieves for Oxygen) to produce gas from compressed air.
The process utilizes two vessels filled with an adsorbent media which go through adsorption and desorption cycles. While one vessel is generating gas, the second vessel is regenerating, so gas is always flowing at a predictable purity.
This technology provides a non-cryogenic, on-demand, and sustainable gas-generating solution — an increasingly popular choice across industries globally.
